Staples.com sent me this Nike + iPod to review, and I used it with my iPhone to track and analyze my workouts. Of course, I work out by walking and doing the stairs (and yoga, but obviously I wasn’t going to use it for that). In this video, I discuss how I used it and what it did for me.
Check it out!

News/Notes: So…. I’ve been busy. I have been teaching a summer course, which is like teaching a 16-week course in 4 weeks. It’s amazing, but a ton of work. I also have a new boyfriend… and let’s face it, an awesome guy is more interesting than being on the computer. I don’t actually have permission from him to talk about him here (because I haven’t asked), so I’m going to hold off on that for now. But let’s just say I’m having tons of fun, and he ‘s gotten approval from my cousin and her fiance. In fact, fiance (who I call Brother) said he’d like to be friends with D regardless of me dating him.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I probably won’t be online all weekend—a friend is visiting from Florida, and we have beaches to sit on and cocktails to drink…
But I do have a few more reviews to post soon, and I have a ton of info to share. I’ve been developing a weight loss (I dislike that term, but it’s what people ask for!) plan that aligns with my nutrition and lifestyle philosophies. It will be pretty comprehensive I think—so I’ll share some of that too.
Oh and recipes! I’m just so far behind. But please expect more. My schedule lightens up in a week… I don’t think the boyfriend schedule is going to lighten up though, so I’ll just have to work around that!
Here’s a sneak peek though…
How exciting!!! I agree, new love (or lust) is much more interesting than a computer 🙂 Thanks for the review, and happy early b-day!!!
